Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail to info@thepureconference.com. Cancellations from participants on our before October 1, 2011, will be subject to a $100 administrative cancellation fee (USD). After this date, cancellations are non-refundable but are transferable until October 31, 2011 (and for this event only - may not be used for a future event). Hotel and spa cancellations must be made directly with the hotel and are subject to hotel policy.
Note: Conference refunds will be processed within 30 days after the written e-mail cancellation is received by PURE. PURE conference registrations are non-transferable unless a request is given in writing and ONLY if they are received on or before October 1, 2011. Registered attendees must send an e-mail to info@thepureconference.com with full contact information of the person to receive the transfer. We regret that we are not able to make any exceptions.
